A university is being taunted by a killer who re-creates several Urban Legends to kill the students. There are several big names in this movie, Jared Leto, Robert England, Danielle Harris, Tara Reid. Robert England plays the professor who's lesson happens to be on Urban Legends, after asking the class if they've heard of some of the legends he asked for a volunteer to help with a demonstration of the old Pop Rock and soda legend. Joshua Jackson the know prankster puts on a show for the whole class. As the killings start to happen, the students believe it is him, until the past of the professor is brought to light.
