A lonely frycook in a failing marriage is seeing his wife slip back into her drug abusive ways when he comes home to find her getting high with some strangers. His wife ends up leaving him and moving in with her drug dealer. Frank decides to take matter into his own hands and becomes a masked vigilante armed with a plumbers wrench known as the Crimson Bolt.
