Police find an empty boat floating into the New York harbor, once boarded they find that the boat is not empty but has nothing but a zombie. After being interrogated, the boat owners daughter decides to follow her fathers trail back to the island where he was last supposed to be. Zombies everywhere! including an underwater zombie.
