Lorraine's son Josh is feared to be surrounded by a demon as shown in several photos. An older woman is visible in all photo's of Josh, but as he gets older the woman becomes clearer in the photos and appear to be getting closer. A demonologist is used to rid Josh of the demon very much in the same fashion as the first movie.
