Peter a real estate broker and newly engaged man overhears his fiancee talking to her friends about how she is worried that Peter has no friends and that his side of the wedding party will be empty. He decides to take things in his own hands and goes searching for male friends, easier said than done. He went on a few man dates after being setup by his mother and brother, and finally gives up. But then at one of his open houses he meets a man Sydney who just might be the one.
