Travis, an Illustrator and creator of an underground comic. His latest edition makes fun of a local crimeboss, to which the crimeboss takes it very serious. Fong has his goons hunt down the illustrator and orders them to chop off his hand. Travis decides it's time to move on with his life and begins to look forward, only to find his detached hand has returned and is now wreaking havoc and turning his life into a living hell.
