Gru, a villain with a big heart who has proposed his new evil plan to steal the moon to his bank gets turned down for a new villain. Vector who happens to be the son of the banks owner is the creator of the shrink ray that will be used to shrink the moon in order for Gru to steal it. Even though Gru gets turned down for the loan to build his rocket he decides to do it himself, but he needs to steal Vecto'rs shrink ray. Gru adopts 3 little girls to deliver girl scout cookies to Vector so he can get his robot cookies inside to steal the shrink ray.
This is a kids movie, and i'm not big on kids movie, but this one was tolerable. Not to mention this is the first appearance of the minions.
