A mysterious video tape that when watched will kill you 7 days after watching it. The moment the video is over you receive a phone call, a scratchy voice on the other end lets you know that you will die. 3 high school students have died from it, and now one of the students family members is trying to solve the mystery of the tape, at first she thought it was a joke, then she watched it and received the call. Now weird things are starting to happen and she now believes. On top of that her son also watched the tape. Her investigation takes her to an island where a young girl may or may not have been murdered.
