Neil Shaw is a spy who works for the United Nations. He is setup, and believed to be the one who killed a Chinese ambassador, who was in the middle of a trade negotiation. Shaw see's the killer, and chases him but alas he is seen as the killer and is arrested. He manages to escape and befriends a Chinese translator whose friend was also killed during the negotiation. The duo team up to find the real killer, and to clear Shaw's name.
