Paul Reubens returns to the big screen as Pee Wee Herman for a netflix exclusive. Pee Wee is upset after his band breaks up, because the other members are moving on with their lives and can no longer make practice. He realizes that he will stay in Fairville forever. In comes Joe Manganiello, who rides in on a motorcycle and befriends Pee Wee immediately as they have the same taste in root beer flavored candy. Joe invites Pee Wee to his birthday party in New York city, and suggests that he not fly, but take a road trip and live life. Pee Wee does and thus begins his Big Holiday.
I'm a fan of all things Pee Wee and this film was great it had all the right elements of a Pee Wee film and just the right amount of humor aimed at older Pee Wee fans.
