The opening scene to this film is so ridiculous, two mannequin heads with cut out construction paper faces talking to each other. The dialogue is so pointless, but the face that H.G Lewis decided to keep this in the film just tells me what kind of twisted person he was.
A college student finds a room for rent in the local paper. Upon arriving the notices the homeowner runs a wig shop out of her house, they are some of the best looking wigs she has ever seen. The woman who runs the shop is a bit crazy. She talks to her stuffed cat "Napoleon", and she has trained her son to kill the young girls and scalp them for her wigs.
