A reality TV show called The Apocalypse: Ultimate Survivalist has cast members living off the land in the West Virginia forest for 5 days. The movie opens with Kimberly Caldwell who is some sort of celebrity driving through backroads trying to find the tv show, she hits a man with her car. Kimberly pulls over and cries for help but the man manages to get up and ends up biting her lips off. Then another one of the cannibal hillbillies has a giant axe and splits the girl in half from the middle of her head all the way down. It is so gory and brutal right away in the opening scene. And the brutality doesn't end there it's kept up through the rest of the movie. One by one all the cast members get murdered. Henry Rollins is in the film playing the host of the show he manages to kill a couple of the hillbillies, but is inevitably killed.
